I was saddened today to read of Joe's passing: he was a good neighbor and superintendent over a few years that I lived in Broadbrook, with some others who I am sure would also be sorry to hear of his passing. He had a great sense of humor and, back then in the early 1990s, liked to have cook-outs for his friends and some of his tenants during the Summer Months. And as recently as a few days ago another and myself were wondering what he was up to these days. My thoughts and condolences go out to his family and other friends concerning his too-soon departure.
