My condolences to the family and friends of Barbara, we spoke/emailed many times but I never had the pleasure of meeting her face to face.I picked her brains often when she told me that she was moving abroad as I too was preparing for my move to Southeast Asia. We even made “plans” to meet but I was only in Thailand for a short time and I thought like a New Englander “Hey Barbara!! I’m in Bangkok wanna grab some lunch” only to find out she was several hours away (BY PLANE!) we had a chuckle over that!
