John L. Bailey, 60, of Enfield, CT, beloved husband of Carole (Lacey) Bailey, entered into Eternal Rest on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital. John was born on September 6, 1957 in Panama City, FL, the son of Adele (Muise) Bailey and the late Lincoln Bailey. He worked for the CT Department of Energy and Environment as an Air Pollution Control Tech. John proudly served our country with the United States Marine Corps. John was an avid reader, and enjoyed gaming, shooting and motorcycles. In addition to his wife, Carole, John is survived by his mother, Adele (Muise) Bailey of Enfield; a sister, Debra A. Ryals and her husband, David of Pensacola, FL; a nephew, David Young; many friends and many aunts and uncles. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for calling hours on Friday, July 6, 2018 from 9:00 - 10:00 am at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT 06082, with a service at the funeral home at 10:00 am.
