Paul W.  Lindsey
Paul W. Lindsey, 25, of Enfield, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, June 17, 2018. Born in Springfield, MA, he was the son of Paul and Mary (Sweetman) Lindsey of Enfield. Paul was raised in Enfield and was a graduate of Enrico Fermi High School, class of 2011.He was currently employed as an electrician's apprentice working alongside his Uncle Tim at Sweetman Electric. He loved spending time with his family, especially his nephews, Brenden and Mason. Paul was an avid Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics, and New York Giants fan. He will be missed deeply by his family and friends. Besides his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Jennifer McCurry and her husband Kyle, Rachel Lindsey and her fiancé Matthew, and Ashley Lindsey and her fiancé Chase all of Enfield. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Bill and Kathleen Sweetman of Enfield, his paternal grandmother, Geraldine Lindsey of Dothan, Alabama, several Aunts and Uncles, Bill Sweetman and his wife Cheryl, Nancy Sweetman, and Timothy Sweetman and his wife Kerry all of Enfield, Jackie Hernandez and her husband Henry, and Kathy Jernigan and her husband Tony all of Alabama, Christine Sugars and her husband Rick, and Angela Pippin and her husband Mike all of Florida, as well as many cousins and extended family. Paul was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Billie Paul Lindsey, and his uncle, Jimmy Ray Lindsey. Visitation hours will be held from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. Family and friends will gather at 9 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Leete-Stevens, for a procession to St. Martha Church in Enfield, for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Committal will follow at St. Patrick's King St. Cemetery in Enfield.
