Francis D. Franco, 65, of Windsor Locks, loving husband to Paula (Frothingham) Franco, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 3, 2018. He was born on July 22, 1952 in Hartford, CT, the son of the late John and Lucille (Senatro) Franco. He attended college at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf and received two bachelor’s degrees. Francis was a parishioner of St. Therese Church. He loved bowling and sports, and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox. He loved to work on his computer, especially with Excel. In addition to his wife, Paula, Francis is survived by a brother, Dominic Franco of Iowa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Therese Church, 120 W Granby Rd, Granby, CT 06035 on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 10:00 am. Please meet at the church.
