George H. Belanger passed away peacefully at the Maryland Masonic Homes in Hunt Valley Maryland on April 12, 2018. He was 92. George was born in Saco Maine on December 8, 1925. He moved to Hartford CT in 1955. He lived in Windsor Locks CT most of his life, and retired from Mercury Oil in 1987.
He is predeceased by his wife Jeanne (Boissonneault) Belanger, and survived by his son Ronald Belanger of Bridgton Maine; his granddaughter Anissa Belanger and great-granddaughter Logan Moffett of Mechanicsburg Ohio.
Calling hours will be at Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St. in Windsor Locks on Friday, June 15 from 4-7 pm. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church on South Elm St. in WIndsor Locks on Saturday, June 16 at 10 am. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Windsor Locks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in the George Belanger's name may be made to The Maryland Masonic Homes, 300 International Circle, Cockeysville, MD 21030.
