Charles J. “Chuck” Franklin, 53, of Windsor Locks entered into Eternal Rest on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. Chuck was born September 12, 1964, in Hartford, CT the son of Regina (LaGrange) Franklin and the late Charles R. Franklin. He was employed by American Honda in Windsor Locks for over 32 years. Chuck enjoyed playing darts and horseshoes with his friends. In addition to his mother he is also survived by his loving daughter, Bryce Fedo of South Windsor; two sisters, Mary Meacham and Cheryl Costello Pelkey and her husband, Charles all of Windsor Locks; his longtime companion, Michelle Simard, and several nieces, nephews and close friends. Chuck was predeceased by two siblings, James Franklin and Lynn Menard. There are no calling hours. A Celebration of Life service for Chuck will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017, from 12 noon to 3 pm at the V.F. W. 36 Fairview St., Windsor Locks. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Windsor Locks Funeral Home.
