Condolence: My deepest condolences to the Rampelli family. Bill was a highly respected EMT at Finast and on the Windsor Locks Ambulance. He was my EMT partner for many years on the 6-6 shift on many Friday nights. He brought exceptional competence and professional service to our crew. Safe travels my friend to what I am sure will be the reward for all the good you did for so many people you touched.

Condolence: So very sorry to here the news of Bill's passing. We spent many great times together in our teens and early 20's. Working on our cars and bowling at Bradley Bowl. We were honored to have him at our wedding. As I recall the first time he rode a motorcycle was on my motorcycle. I spent quite a bit of time helping Billy learn to ride. Many Many great memories. We will both mis you.

Condolence: You have our deepest sympathy and condolences in the loss of your loved one. Jehovah God made a promise to us all at Revelation 21:3-4 states, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death.

Condolence: Bill was a stellar guy, loved by all. We went to school together and will always remember how kind, friendly and helpful he was. Always ready with a smile and wave always. We are sad that Windsor Locks has lost his wonderful presence, but trust Heaven has welcomed home a cherished one! Keeping the Rampelli family in our prayers. Dale and Darryl

Condolence: Two loners who met in Biology class. GTO's, Demons, many youthful memories. Bill was the sweetest, most generous, funny, helpful person in the world. Taken from us way too soon, I'm certain he'll have an enormous reward. You'll be missed very much, thank you for being my friend.
