Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Virginia Disbro can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Virginia "Gini" Disbro (Richards)

Virginia (Richards) “Gini” Disbro, 89, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. Born in Washington, DC, daughter of the late Manville and Mary (St. Pierre) Richards, she lived in Enfield for over fifty-five years and was a communicant of Holy Family Church. Gini managed Ann’s Dance Studio in the Scitico section of Enfield for many years before retiring in 1991. She was also a member of the Rinaldi Fede Italian American War Veterans Auxiliary. Her husband, Leon Disbro died in 2001. She leaves a son, Lee Disbro of Westfield, a daughter and her husband, Debra and William Rogers of Suffield, a sister-in-law, Carolyn Richards of Enfield, and two grandchildren, Sara and Teresa Rogers. She was predeceased by a brother, Gene Richards. A graveside service will be Friday August 11, 2017, at 3:30pm at the Hazardville Cemetery. For online condolences please visit www.leetestevens.com
