Condolence: Time doesn't always heal the wounds that cut so deep, but the memories of the fun we had at least, might ease the pain and even make one smile! I miss you gurl...xoxo always!

Condolence: When I opened the newspaper and saw that beautiful face I remembered from long ago, my heart sank. When I read the condolence's, my heart sank even more. I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Heather at Parkway Pavilion. I was the Social Worker, and she was a nurse....she was just a kid that always made me smile and we became immediate friends. I won't forget when she wanted a tattoo and got some crazy giant sun around her belly button, to match the print of her bikini. I told her she was nuts, and we laughed like crazy months later when she decided to have it removed because she no longer wore the bikini! Unfortunately, we both left Parkway, and lost touch. I knew she was extremely successful in her nursing career, and I thought of her often. I wish we kept in touch. Especially as I read these condolences. I to suffer from MS and have for the past 10 years. I know it can be a very lonely place and I hurt for all of you. Please find comfort in your beautiful memories and the fact that Heather is no longer in pain. She was a wonderful person, and I'm proud to say she was my friend.

Condolence: I was shocked to hear of Heather's passing. I have had MS and depression for 12+ years and while everyone's struggle is different, I feel like I can connect to a certain degree. It's a hard life and it's close to 90-95% of people with MS have depression. Other stressors just make it exponentially harder.

Heather was a fighter. I have not spoken to Heather since HS, but I remember her smile and fighting spirit, and low key humor. I hope she has found peace and not suffering anymore. She will be missed by her son, family and friends. And as crazy as it sound our HS graduating class (Enfield High School 1991) is very close. All are all sad and missing her.

Let this tragedy bring awareness to the MS a debilitating disease and depression, both are individualized diseases; both have no cures, just meds to mask the hurt.

Heather, you will be missed . I wish you peace and no more suffering.

God Bless to you and all those that you have touched in your short life.

Karen
