Condolence: Wow this news was a big shock to me. I remember working with Joe for Barkan Management on the condo association and let me tell you that working for this men was a great learning experience. Currently I work as a Banking Manager but his loyalty and his dedication provided me with a lot of traits that today are still showing in my ethics way of working.
