Condolences

Condolence From: Adam LaPrad
Condolence: To Perry: A man who loved racing yet never sped through life. A perpetual giver, he exemplified patience and kindness and had a special appreciation for the simple things in life. I'll hold on to those moments of everyday life in which he showed me to measure twice and cut once to build the perfect deck, to take pride in wrapping a Christmas gift just right for a loved one, and to stop and enjoy a cold bowl of ice cream on a warm summer night.

Your race was admirable, Perry - one of endurance fueled with unthrottled compassion. You have now reached the finish line, and it's time for you to take your victory lap. You deserve it.

Condolence From: Ruth Mason
Condolence: Perry,

Although we had a difficult goodbye as you slipped away from me the past couple of years, it in no way erased the years of joy you brought to my life. I will never forget the times we shared, the life we built together, and the love and support you showed me when I needed it most.

Although a storybook ending eluded us, the pages of memories we created are far greater than I could have ever hoped. Our tomorrow may never come but I know how much you loved me and I pray you know how truly loved you were.

I will always love you,
Ruth

Condolence: PJ, Roland, Duane, and entire Mason family.

Perry Sr. was a true gentleman, always mindful of others professionally and personally. He was the essence of the Equipment Maintenance Forum. Most striking was his genuine humility, and love for his family. He will be deeply missed and always deeply loved by his family.

Condolence: Richard, Linda, PJ, Duane, Roland, and Michael:

I would like to express our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your Dad. The man you call Dad, I called Perry, but he was no less than a devoted Dad to me, a caring father-in-law to my wife Jennifer, and loving ‘papa’ to my daughter Grace. Beyond that, he was a grandfather to Jennifer’s two older children who deeply respected him. He watched proudly as Jennifer’s son Terell established a career in the Air Force. Most recently he traded stories with her daughter Tiesha who teaches English in South Korea about their mutual experiences there. Perry was there for every personal and professional milestone in my life. He was always willing to lend any of us a helping hand and offered his loving support in good times and bad. He has been an inseparable part of our lives, and we are very thankful for the time he was able to spend with our daughter Grace.

We are grateful Perry got to spend his last days surrounded by so many people that loved him. Your dad was a great man who left an indelible impression on our hearts.

Our deepest regrets,
Greg, Jennifer and Grace LaPrad
