Condolence: So sorry to hear about Peter's passing. He and several of us who lived nearby used to hang out together when we were kids fishing in the brook behind his house, hunting, playing baseball and football with his neighbor. We once found an old boat that was sunk in the Somersville Mill Pond, fixed it up and brought it up the Scantic River on weekends until we got closer to Somers and his house. We had great fun as kids together but later went away to school or moved from the area and lost contact with each other. Sorry to say I lost contact with Peter but I've never forgotten the times we had together growing up.
My condolences to Peters family, he was a really nice guy and my childhood friend who I will never forget.

Condolence: As a longtime Somers High School,(1988-2006), I was very much aware of Peter's talents and his ability , his loyalty, his work ethic and personal ethics----all of that greatly benefited the Somers educational community.
Peter was a valued member of our support team.
