Condolence: To the Cook family, I was so sorry to read of Michael's death. I knew him when he volunteered with Samaritans. Michael was such a dedicated volunteer, always had a great smile, gentle, kind and caring for the work he did on the phone. Michael was a very special person.
I am saddened by his loss. I shall always think of him with fond thoughts. My heart broken but I know with time it will start to heal.

Condolence: Dear Cook Family,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Although Michael was a year ahead of me in high school, I remember him sitting in front me of in a class, and we would chat. His compassion for people was evident, as he made such an impression on me by sponsoring a child through a charity every month. My memory is fading in many areas, but that impression of him is still with me, so I'm sure he was a very caring and warm nurse.
May you find some comfort in your memories, and in knowing many of us are sending prayers and grieving with you.
