Condolence: To the Marinone family, Please know that I hold Karen deep in my heart space as her friend and massage therapist from years ago. She was and is very special to me and though I have not seen her for a long while, just knowing she was out there on this precious Earth doing her life so gloriously made me so happy. Blessings to the family and love is sent your way and of course to sweet Karen. Lynne Ann Kogut

Condolence: Karen was my 'Sistah' from another mother; thank you Pat Marinone for raising such a wonderful person! Karen was full of fun, caring and compassion making her an excellent nurse, friend, mentor and human being; a true asset to the world at large! The world is not a better place without her in it, but heaven surely is! She will always be missed and never forgotten! Until we meet again my Sistah, I pray you are happily teaching my son, Danny how to fish and are having a grand old time together! Lots of love always, Lori

Condolence: Karen was such a caring and loving person. She was always there for us no matter how she felt. She was a special person and we all loved her. She always had time to help with problems and was a wonderful mentor to a great many nurses. I am so glad I got to know her. She fought a tough battle with such grace. I know she is in a much better and pain free place now. I am so sorry for your loss and will keep all of you in my prayers.

Condolence From: Dianne & Kimberly Tignor, Ft. Worth, Texas
Condolence: Kim and I want to send our heartfelt condolences to the Marinone family. Both of us worked with Karen at Intellicare. I, Dianne, had the privilege of knowing and working with Karen for over 12 years. She was one of my closest and dearest friends as well as a co-worker. She taught me so much about dealing with patients over the phone. I will miss her greatly, but I know that we will see each other again someday. You are all in our prayers. God be with you in this difficult time. Dianne Tignor, RNC & Kim Tignor
