Obituary for Eileen Theresa Wilson (Leger)

Eileen Wilson, 88, of Enfield, beloved wife of the late Charles Wilson passed away peacefully on Monday, January 16, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital. She was born in Hartford, CT on April 5, 1928; daughter of the late Treffle and Zena (Landry) Leger. Eileen lived in Bloomfield for many years before moving to Enfield in 1994. She is survived by four sons, Doug Wilson and his wife Donna of Enfield, Bruce Wilson and his girlfriend Lin of Ellington, Chris Wilson and his wife Debra of Stafford Springs, and Mark Wilson and his wife Kim of Broad Brook; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Guy and Linda Lynch and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband Charles, she was predeceased by a sister and a great-grandson. Relatives and friends may join the family for visiting hours on Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield, CT. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Patrick King Street Cemetery.
