Todd J. "Remy" Remington, age 44 of Enfield, beloved husband of Rebecca (Drane) Remington passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 17, 2016, at home. He was born December 16, 1971, in Springfield, MA, son of the late Clarence and Leone (Knapp) Remington. At the time of his passing, he was employed as a Highway Operator for the town of Enfield where he was employed for over 15 years. He enjoyed fishing with his son Chris and watching his girls play soccer; he was their number 1 fan. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes, cooking, entertaining and had a passion for art. His whole world was his children whom he cherished with his whole heart, Shayne Remington, Alyssa Remington, Morgan Remington, and Christopher Remington all of Enfield, two grandchildren, Cameron and Arkham Remington, two brothers, Michael Remington of Enfield and Shawn Remington and his wife Elizabeth of Ellington, a sister Rhonda Webber and her husband Roy of Stafford, his step-father, Ray Gonyea, four brothers-in-law, Alan Drane and his wife Melanie, Robert Drane and his wife Pam, Jonathon Drane, and Fred Zorick and his wife Debbie, a sister-in-law, Jennifer Drane, in-laws, Alan and Ruth Drane, his best friends, Eve and Chris Arre, and several nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his mother-in-law Joan Drane. Relatives and friends may join the family for visiting hours on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield, CT. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
